  1. Applicant and both of the parents of the applicant must have country of citizenships other than Korea.
  2. Applicant have completed or is expected to complete 12 years of regular school education from elementary to high school at the time of application.
  • Graduates of technical/ job training high schools are not eligible to apply for admission.
  • If applicant was adapted to foreign parents, the applicant must have received the country of citizenship other than Korea prior to beginning elementary school.

  • Applicant is responsible for submission of the completed application package.
  • You may not apply to more than one college or department within KHU, whether it is Seoul or Global Campus.
  • You may apply to other universities, but after the notification of admission applicant may not apply to other universities. Admission to Kyung Hee University is revoked, if violation of this term is reported.
  • Precise dates (day, month, and year) regarding applicants academic history from elementary to higher education are needed on the application form.
  • After the admission, based on the submitted Official Authorization for Inquiry into Enrollment and Academic Credit, KHU will contact the high school the applicant graduated from for the authenticity of the submitted academic documents. If the high school does not correspond in six months, the student must contact high school him or herself for an official response. If the high school fails to correspond, the admission maybe cancelled.
  • It is applicants responsibility to put correct contact information (email, telephone number, mailing address, etc.) Any consequences resulting from incorrect contact information are applicants responsibility.
  • Be sure to use full legal name on forms, letters, and email correspondence for easy identification.
  • The application process takes place separately at each campus, Seoul and Global, and the entire process will be completed with confidentiality.
  • Incomplete application will not be processed.
  • The admission procedure strictly adheres to KHUs international admission regulations.

  • Application process takes place separately at each campus.
  • Global Campus applicants, who will be unable to come for on-site interviews must arrange an online interview in advance.
  • If admitted student chooses not to enroll, the student can be refunded until Feb 20, 2009. No refund can be made after this date.
  • There will be a separate Admission Process for Chinese applicants residing in China. Further information will be available on the website of Kyung Hee University.

An application fee of 100,000 Korean Won must be paid upon submission of the application form and it is not refundable. The application process begins, only after the payment of application fee is verified.
