민수: 처음 뵙겠습니다. (cheo eum boep-get seubnida)

        저는 민수입니다. (jeo neun Minsu imnida)

        이름이 뭐예요? (ireum-i mwoyeyo?)

메이: 메이예요. 처음 뵙겠습니다. (Mey yeyo. cheo eum boep-get seubnida)

민수: 메이씨는 일본 사람이에요? (Mey-ssi nun ilbon saram iyeyo?)

메이: 아니요, 중국 사람이에요. (aniyo. jungguk saram iyeyo.)

민수: 아, 그래요? 저는 한국 사람이에요. 또 만나요.

       (ah, geu rae yo? jeu nun hankuk saram iyeyo. tto mannayo.)

Mey:    I'm Mey. Nice to meet you. OR (It's the first time to meet you.)

Minsu: Mey, are you Japanese?

Mey:    No, I'm Chinese.

Minsu: Really? I'm Korean. See you again.
