2006 Kyung Hee Athletes' Night was held


The Alumni of College of Physical Education in Kyung Hee University(KHU) held '2006 Kyung Hee Athletes' Night' on December 12 at Grand Ball Room of Hotel Prima in Seoul.

On that day, Choue In-won, president of KHU attended in the event including Kim Jung-joo, dean of College of Physical Education, Lee Jong-nam, director of Alumni of College of Physical Education and about 700 fellow students.

In addition, some alumni won the prize, '2006 Athletes' Prize Bring Glory to Kyung Hee.' The prize for director was awarded to Ahn Joon-ho, director of Samsung Thunders, Park Boon-sun, coach of national figure skating team, Kang Moon-kyu, director of shooting team in KHU. The prize for athletes was awarded to Kang Hyuck, player of Samsung Thunders, Lee Ho-suk, short track national representative player. Kim Tae-sung, pre-secretary-general of Korean Traditional Wrestling Committee, Jeong Hak-mo, pre-vice-president of Olympic Committee were given the special prize. The award of excellence was received to Moon Byung-young, professor of School of Sport Science in Kangwon University. The prize for group was awarded to KHU basketball team, the Alumni of Daegu and Gyeongbuk.
