“Visits to Korean historical and cultural sites for International students”
Dear International Students,
There is an "Visits to Korean historical and cultural sites for International students" held in Internatinal Student Fellowship(ISF) on January 26. The Korean government officially sponsors this event.
This event aims to help the international studests who're living in Korea to understand Korean historical and cultural sites. It’ll also develope close relationship between Korean students and international stuents acompanying ISF Korean volunteers.
The detail information is following:
* Date: 2007. 1. 26(Fri) 10:00 am - 18:30 pm
* Meeting Place: Subway Line #2, Shinchon(신촌) station Exit #1, in front of Hyundai Department Store. (A bus for Tour will be waiting for you in front of the Hyundai Department Store, and you should be there by 9:40 am)
* Schedule: the 3rd underground tunnel → Dora Observatory → Dora train station → Boarding on the Korean traditional boat, "Hwang-po-dot-bae" → Jawoon Memorial Hall(for Yulgok Lee, a famous Korean scholar) → Soongeui Shrine(for the first King of Korea Dynasty, Wanggun) → Tomb of King Kyungsoon
* The number of participants: 60 only (60 people who sent the fee to our bank accounts will be first arranged for the tour according to "the first come first served.")
* Fee: 10,000 won (including transportation, boat fare, lunch, etc.)
* Registration: Ms, Helen, ISF coordinator (016-701-4688; isfkorea@empal.com)
