LG Electronics are looking for someone to help manage growth and change inside the company as a member of HR team.

1. Job Title: HR / Organizational Development

   Job Location: Seoul, South Korea

2.  Specific Duties include:

-Research for, Write articles for, and publish an English-language newsletter sent to all 80,000 employees in LG.

-Plan and conduct training of HR specialists held at various Regional HQ offices responsible for managing change.

-Support and monitor activities related to culture change and company growth in LG’s 120+ overseas offices.

-Coordinate and support annual events, including Culture festival and executive retreat.

-Fulfill other duties relating to overseas subsidiary support in our sphere of operation.

3.  Qualifications:

-Degree in business, economics, Korean, International Studies, English, or other applicable bachelor’s degree.

-Excellent English writing skills a must.

-Strongly Prefer a good command of the Korean language (good speaking, basic reading/writing)

-Willingness to accept cultural differences and work in a fast-paced environment
